Most licensed agents spend their days chasing cold leads, fighting gatekeepers, and grinding for appointments that go nowhere. This role is different. ValuTeachers has been serving the K-12 educator market for 25 years. We are looking for a licensed Life Insurance professional with financial acumen who is ready to put their credentials to work in a structured, high-earning specialty practice. If you know how to read a financial picture and have a conversation that moves people to action, you will find this role unusually productive.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Conduct virtual and occasionally in-person retirement planning consultations with assigned educator clients
• Review 403(b) accounts, retirement income gaps, and protection coverage
• Present life insurance and living benefits solutions from National Life Group's product portfolio
• Develop individualized retirement strategies and guide clients through next steps
• Maintain client records and follow up on open action items through our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Active Life Insurance License (Florida or transferable equivalent required)
• Financial acumen — comfortable analyzing and discussing income, cash flow, debt-to-income, and retirement projections
• Strong consultative communication skills — you explain complex topics clearly and guide clients with confidence
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance sales, or a client-facing advisory role
• High degree of self-motivation and personal accountability
• Knowledge of 403(b), IRA, or tax-advantaged retirement vehicles is a plus
• Proficiency with virtual meeting tools and CRM systems
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $75,000–$200,000+ annual income potential (top earners exceed $200K)
• 100% commission-based with a 90-day ramp-up stipend
• No earnings ceiling
